ফের ছেলেধরা সন্দেহে গণপিটুনি এক ব্যক্তিকে । ঘটনাটি ঘটেছে মালদার হবিবপুর থানাএলাকায় । যদিও ওই ব্যক্তির নাম পরিচয় এখনো জানা যায়নি। ঘটনার খবর পেয়েই উত্তেজিত জনতার হাত থেকে রক্তাক্ত অবস্থায হবিবপুর থানার পুলিস় বুলবুলচন্ডী আর এন রায় হাসপাতালে নিয়ে আসে। জানা যায় বেশ কিছুদিন ধরেই মালদা জেলা জুড়ে ছেলেধরা আতঙ্ক ছড়িয়েছে। যার ফলে গ্রামে সাধারণ মানুষ ও আতঙ্কের মধ্যে রয়েছে। এদিন দুপুর বেলা এই ব্যক্তি কে সন্দেহভাজন ভাবে এলাকায় ঘুরতে দেখলে সন্দেহ হয় এলাকাবাসীদের । তারা তাদের তারা নাম জিজ্ঞাসা করতে গেলেই তার কথায় অসঙ্গতি থাকায় উত্তেজিত জনতা ওই ব্যক্তিকে পোলের সাথে বেঁধে বেধড়ক মারধর করে । এলাকাবাসীদের কাছ থেকে পুলিশ খবর পেয়ে ঘটনাস্থলে এসে উত্তেজিত জনতার হাত থেকে ওই ব্যক্তিকে উদ্ধার করে বুলবুলচন্ডী স্বাস্থ্য কেন্দ্রের চিকিৎসার জন্য নিয়ে যায় । তদন্তে নেমেছে ওই থানার পুলিশ l
