জেলা শাসকের নির্দেশ অনুসারে রক্তদান শিবিরের আয়োজন করলেন রানী নগর 2 ব্লক আধিকারিক আশীষ কুমার রায়। এদিনের এই কর্মসূচিতে উপস্থিত ছিলেন ডোমকল মহকুমাশাসক তাহেরুজ্জামান, রাণীনগর 2 ব্লক আধিকারিক আশীষ কুমার রায় সহ বিশিষ্ট সমাজসেবী। এই দিনের করা রক্তদান শিবিরে মোট 200 জন রক্তদাতা রক্ত দান করেন। যদিও রক্তদাতা বেশি থাকা সত্ত্বেও রক্ত গ্রহনের ব্যবস্থা না থাকায়  রক্ত গ্রহণ করতে সক্ষম হতে পারেননি চিকিৎসকরা।
